Hunan Junxin Environmental Protection Co. Ltd. will invest USD 600 mln in three waste-to-energy plants in Kazakhstan, following talks with Kazakh Invest held on July 3 in Astana.
The project includes the construction of smart energy facilities that will integrate recycling, power generation, and digital infrastructure. The plan also involves green data centres and training hubs for local specialists.
